Distributor Responsibilities & Compliance

As the link between Retailers and the company, Distributors must follow these guidelines:

Complete due-diligence/KYC of every Retailer before onboarding, as per RBI Business Correspondent norms.

Maintain sufficient e-wallet balance to service your Retailer network without disruption.

Ensure Retailers under you follow RBI transaction limits & authentication rules across AEPS/DMT/UPI.

Do not onboard any Retailer without valid PAN, Aadhaar & business proof.

Escalate suspected fraud within 48 hours as per RBI's grievance-redressal timelines.

Maintain transaction records available for audit, as required by your sponsor bank / NPCI.
