Retailer Responsibilities & Compliance

As the customer-facing point of our network, Retailers must follow these guidelines on every transaction:

Complete customer KYC verification before any AEPS/DMT transaction, as per RBI Business Correspondent guidelines.

Maintain adequate cash balance at your counter to honor withdrawal requests responsibly.

Never share your login credentials, device or OTP with anyone, including customers.

Issue a transaction receipt or SMS confirmation to the customer for every transaction.

Report any suspected fraud or disputed transaction within 48 hours as per RBI's grievance-redressal timelines.

Follow RBI-mandated limits — AEPS ₹25,000/day withdrawal, DMT ₹10,000/txn & ₹25,000/month cash pay-out.
