RBI Guidelines & Rules for Payout API

Disbursements via our Payout API must comply with RBI's rules for payment aggregators and KYC/AML. Key points for businesses:

Route through RBI-authorized rails: disbursements must flow via a bank/PA nodal account, not directly from a non-bank wallet.

Beneficiary KYC/verification mandatory before the first payout to any new account.

AML/CFT monitoring: transactions are subject to anti-money-laundering checks per RBI's KYC Master Direction.

Business KYC required: the disbursing entity must complete onboarding/KYC with the sponsor bank.
